Front Desk Associate

Elements Massage is a therapeutic wellness studio looking for professional, caring and outgoing personalities to lead our membership sales and provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests.

 

We are looking for a Part-time Front Desk Associates to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, providing information about our monthly Wellness Membership, handling check-ins and check-outs, booking return appointments and assisting with any other customer service needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work a day time or closing shift. Studio operations are 7 days week

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
  • The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
  • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
  • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
  • Ability to work **flexbile hours** to include day shifts, evening shifts and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and check them in/out
  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and back of house area
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently
  • Provide information about our Elements membership program
  • Complete all Elements training and sales process for the role of Wellness Membership Advisor
  • Maintain a professional attitude and professional appearance at all times
  • Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, afternoon or evening shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
